If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return or exchange any items in new and unused condition and with Dor Raw Luxury and designer garment tags still attached within 14 days of purchase. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

If you decide to return or exchange the product, please fill the return & exchange form on website or fill the printed from attached to your order or e-mail to hello@dor.design before physically sending the products right back to us.

You can return products through Yurtiçi Kargo at no cost. If you send with another courier, the charges should be paid by you and it is recommended to use a registered delivery service, Dor Raw Luxury is not responsible for any lost packages during the return process. a refund will be made when products are received and accepted to be returned by Dor Raw Luxury.It can take some time before the refunded amount appears on your credit card.

An exchange of products can be made as well under same conditions with Return Policy.
